On Wednesday February 28th, Voir Dire was completed and a jury was selected.
Andy Birchfield of Beasley Allen gave opening statements on behalf of the Plaintiff, Patricia Schwaller.
Dan Ball began his opening Statements on behalf of Merck and finished up on the morning of Thursday March 1.
